The Social Sort executed an influencer campaign for The FRIENDS™ Experience at the ExCeL Centre, partnering with five influencers—each boasting over 20K followers—to boost awareness and drive family bookings through authentic social engagement.
Our strategy combined Stories, Reels, and TikTok videos highlighting the Experience’s key attractions with family-friendly posts that emphasized its appeal for all ages. We also integrated swipe-up links and unique promo codes to streamline direct bookings.
The campaign achieved over 500K impressions across social channels, delivered a substantial uptick in family reservations, and generated thousands of meaningful interactions through comments, shares, and saves.
By harnessing genuine creator voices and targeted content, this influencer-driven approach successfully amplified brand visibility and drove bookings—demonstrating the power of authentic social advocacy in live-event marketing.
